Robinson Premium Medium Cider Our PremiuMediuM is made with traditional bittersweet cider apple varieties from unsprayed local orchards. We sort them by hand and press them using our family’s heirloom cider press. We halt the fermentation early by ‘crashing’ the temperature so the cider is sweetened only by its unfermented natural sugar, leaving an unadulterated and intensely apply cider, allowing the orchard to shine through.
